Dr. Meredith Bremner is a Physical Therapist located in Parker, Colorado. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Colorado Medical School as well as her Bachelor’s degree in Human Growth and Development from Montana State University.
She is certified in Functional Dry needling and Clinical Management of the Fitness Athlete. She has worked in a variety of settings with the neurologic population at Craig Hospital and general orthopedics.
Meredith and her husband started FIT Physical Therapy 3 years ago blending performance physical therapy with a functional movement gym. Meredith designed 2 programs and oversaw the coaching and physical therapy clinic on a day to day basis. She loves to prove to her patients that they are capable of great things once given the proper direction and an encouraging environment.
As an athlete Meredith earned 5 top 3 finishes in Nationals, 5 CO state championship titles in skiing and cycling, and competing in the US, Europe, and New Zealand with the Rocky Mountain Division and US Junior National team. She skied competitively for Montana State University and continues to train for running races, spartan races, and ski races. Outside of the clinic, you can find her at her local CrossFit gym or with her 2 sons and husband.
